EL MANTENIMENT DEL CPD<\/h2>\n

El manteniment del Centre de processament de dades \u00e9s una operaci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica per a la continu\u00eftat i bon funcionament.<\/p>\n

Totes les instal\u00b7lacions han de disposar de manteniment\u00a0<\/strong>donades les altes exig\u00e8ncies de funcionament i rendiment que es demanden en un CPD, fins i tot sent instal\u00b7lacions destinades a aquest tipus d\u2019\u00fas.<\/p>\n

Socored ofereix un \u00fanic punt de contacte per atendre el manteniment i les incid\u00e8ncies que puguin sorgir en les infraestructures del Centre de Processament de dades.<\/p>\n

El manteniment ha de ser personalitzat i espec\u00edfic per a cada CPD<\/strong>, donades les diferents modalitats i nivells que es poden oferir per assegurar la qualitat i consist\u00e8ncia dels sistemes cr\u00edtics intr\u00ednsecs del Data Center i els diferents tipus d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions que trobem.<\/p>\n

Socored li aconsellar\u00e0 fins i tot abans de la creaci\u00f3 del CPD de les consideracions a tenir en compte per a la facilitat de manteniment de les infraestructures associades als equips inform\u00e0tics.<\/p>\n

Podem distingir diversos tipus d\u2019actuacions:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manteniment preventiu. <\/strong>Manteniment amb visites preventives per determinar mitjan\u00e7ant un protocol de servei est\u00e0ndard, l\u2019estat actual dels seus equips, assegurant la continu\u00eftat.
\n\u2022 Manteniment predictiu.\u00a0<\/strong>Dins del manteniment preventiu existeixen molts elements en el CPD que gr\u00e0cies a la seva revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica constant notifiquen del seu envelliment o la seva sobreexplotaci\u00f3, alertant i informant al client de possibles problemes a curt termini.
\n\u2022 Manteniment Correctiu.\u00a0<\/strong>Visites correctives amb personal entrenat i certificat pels nostres fabricants per atendre els seus requeriments en horaris 7 x 24 x 365.
\n\u2022 Altres actuacions.<\/strong>\u00a0Neteja especialitzada de Data Center, sanejament de cablejat, etc.<\/p>\n

Un sistema de gesti\u00f3 d\u2019alarmes i avaries aconsegueix millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia i la rapidesa en les actuacions sobre les infraestructures avariades, aix\u00ed com mantenir un registre d\u2019alarmes i senyals, gr\u00e0fiques i historials de valors d\u2019inter\u00e8s.<\/p>\n
